~ Xylária hypoxylon with an acorn, not a snail! (why does everybody think it's a snail?) 
I should add that I didn't arrange the subjects in the picture, I found them that way.
after the warm critique by maletic, I cropped my picture "Hypoxylon and Friend".
I tried what he suggested, and I totally agree!
To be honest, I never really understood what people liked about the last one, but I love the result of the suggested edit!
